  • Research Objective: Research on a hybrid-model-based simulation digital twin that supports real-time monitoring and high-fidelity emulation of manufacturing equipment and processes by combining digital twin simulation technology with AI prediction technology.
  • Research Details: 1. Development of a digital twin interface for co-precipitation process interworking: development of the DT-X digital twin interface and topic definitions for data communication. 2. Development of digital twin functional elements supporting co-precipitation process simulation and visualization: physics-based model simulation functions, data-based model simulation functions, and visualization functions for simulation results. 3. Development of hybrid models for high-fidelity co-precipitation process simulation: hybrid models with parallel-connected structures and serial-connected structures.
