  • Research Objective: A digital twin software architecture and execution framework for establishing an extensible interoperability system across multiple vendor-dependent digital twin functional elements.
  • Research Details: 1. Design of a scalable digital twin software architecture: interface extensions for interworking among multiple digital twin functional elements, digital twin behavior logic design considering multiple functional-element interworking, and development of Pub/Sub-middleware-based interworking technology for multiple digital twin functional elements. 2. Development of multiple digital twin functional elements: synchronization of static and dynamic data, digital twin data analysis, digital twin data visualization, UI development for co-precipitation schedule input, precursor growth schedule input, and optimization condition input, plus development of a co-precipitation process recipe optimization function.
